Minburn Communications seeks a Part-Time Customer Service Consultant for the Woodward office

Duties include selling and assisting new or existing customers with company’s products and services. The position will be responsible for creating service order requests for installation and repairs.  Additional duties include; execution of customer billing functions, updating internal and external database systems and posting customer payments.

Previous customer service and/or sales experience required.  Familiarity with the telephone, internet, or cable TV industry is helpful.  Individual must have strong computer, organizational and communication skills.
