I have worked at an ISP before and have had about 10 different providers. Normally, ISPs are varying degrees of disappointing. When I moved to Perry, I found an apartment that had never been wired for cable. I was determined to use Mediacom and tried for weeks to get an electrician to wire my place. I was told the wait for such service is 4 months. I wasn’t going to go without internet for 4 months. Someone recommended Minburn Communications, so I called. They had a team of 3-4 folks at my apartment within a day or two and my internet was up. Since then, the service has been spectacular – far and above beyond any other service I have ever received. There was an outage and I got a call back from the tech support within 15 minutes (the service came back about 3 minutes after the call), then a follow-up from a different person to make sure I was able to connect. I am a brutal critic of customer service – this went above what I expect. I have been and remain tremendously pleased with the service I receive from Minburn Communications. I recommend you folks to others. Keep up the great work.
