Assisting Telecom & Broadband Providers since 2002

We are a well-established communications provider serving Woodward (home office), Bouton, Dallas Center, Minburn, Perry and expanding throughout rural Dallas County. Just a half-hour NW of Des Moines, we are striving to be the most technologically progressive and customer-centric communications/broadband provider in rural Iowa. We are seeking a technician to bring customers face-to-face with the latest communications technology delivered by state-of-the-art fiber optics.

This isn’t your normal position where you may be relegated to one small piece of technology, or a project with little impact. Instead, you will have the chance to work in many technical areas including fiber deployment. You’ll be instrumental in the installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of communications equipment and systems.

Some of the things you should know: fiber networks (we are gig capable), digital switching (Genband C15), LAN/WAN, fixed wireless (RADWIN, Ubiquiti), Calix, Brocade, GPON/AE, CLI programming, Cisco, IP & SS7 networks, Fujitsu, IP video and VOIP, etc.

What’s in it for you?

  • A collaborative, customer-centric work environment where your opinion matters (it’s part of our core values)
  • Ample technical training opportunities
  • You’ll be supporting your local communities. You’re not going to be traveling outside the area to get the work done
  • Excellent benefits which include vacation, medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans!

If a challenging technical position with customer contact enthuses you and you have experience with IT or deploying telecom/broadband technology, coupled with a passion for learning new technologies, we need to talk!
