Minburn Communications strives each day to the most technologically progressive and customer-centric communications provider in rural Iowa. We are seeking a technician to bring customers face-to-face with the latest communications technology delivered by state-of-the-art fiber optics.

Instead, you will have the chance to work in many technical areas including fiber deployment. You’ll be instrumental in the installation, repair, and maintenance of a variety of communications equipment and systems.
Some of the things good for you to know: Fixed Wireless delivery and management expertise (RADWIN, Ubiquiti), digital switching (Genband C15) LAN/WAN, fiber networks (we are gig capable), Calix, Brocade, GPON/AE, CLI programming, Cisco, IP & SS7 networks, Fujitsu, IP video and VOIP, etc.
What’s in it for you?
- A collaborative, customer-centric work environment where your opinion matters
- Ample technical training opportunities
- You’ll be supporting the community you work in. You’re not going to be traveling outside the area to get the work done
- Excellent benefits which include vacation, medical, dental and retirement plans!
