Meet Customer Account Specialist Amee Kruckenberg! She’s been with the Minburn Communications team for two years. Read more about who Amee is below.
1. Where’d you grow up?
I grew up in several towns in Greene and Boone counties- Jefferson, Grand Junction, Rippey and Ogden. I claim Ogden as my “ Where I’m from,” since that is where I graduated high school and formed the most friendships.
2. Tell us a little about your family.
I am the female president of an all-male club at home.
My husband and I have been married for 16 years this month. We have 3 sons- Landon is 18 next month, Korben is 14 and Hayden is 10.
We have two dogs -Maddie (10) and Max (18!).
We also have two cats- Beans (orange) and Pickle (an enormous long haired beautiful beast).
3. What’s something others might be surprised to learn about you?
I have not seen a lot of “cult classic” movies. Like, A LOT. I know OF them, and have seen clips, of course. This is strange, because my relatives ran two different movie theaters when I was growing up, so I was ALWAYS at the theater.
4. What are a few things on your bucket list?
I’d like to travel to a tropical island and visit Ireland. I have always wanted to do the NASCAR experience/camp.
5. What hobbies or activities do you enjoy in your spare time?
I enjoy pretty much all fiber crafts. I love to sew and crochet. I just don’t get to sit down and do those things much these days!
6. What do you enjoy most about working at Minburn Communications?
I like that we are small enough that even though I don’t live in our service area, I get a chance to get to know our customers. I like getting to interact with our customers face to face, and know that they are going to remember interacting with me later.
