Meet Minburn Communication Staff: Terri Cooper
When the weather finally cleared, and conditions allowed, Customer Service Representative Terri Cooper pulled on her garden gloves and boots to tackle the overgrowth that had consumed the Minburn welcome sign on the north edge of town. A few weeks later she helped plant flowers around the Minburn triangle and The Nineteen 14 Pub.
Since being a young farmer’s daughter, Terri has been passionate about gardening, enjoying nature and helping others. Joining the Minburn Communications team in 2012, Terri is responsible for answering customer questions and making them happy! If you’ve ever visited or called the Minburn office then you have experienced Terri’s willingness to serve.
“I really enjoy meeting our customers, making new residents feel welcome to our communities and providing hands-on assistance. One time I took a Fixed Wireless application to church, walked a member through filling it out and helped set up and install their new internet connection. I doubt our competition would do this!”
Terri resides just outside Minburn city limits with her husband of 34 years. When she isn’t helping customers, reading or listening to birds sing on her front porch, she enjoys traveling to local breweries and wineries with her husband. Always delivering the Hometown Touch experience, Terri recently became a new Minburn Communications shareholder and is proud to tell people our independent telephone company has offered fiber optics in Minburn since 2011.
