Pick your service packages today and a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you to send you a drop permit and schedule a site survey! By providing this information, the official process for us bringing you a World-Class Connection will begin!
At this point, our experienced technicians know where to line the fiber underground, so you may see us digging holes. Once the fiber optic cable is buried and attached to the optical network terminal (ONT) on the side of your home, a Customer Service Representative will reach out to you for installation appointment. During installation, a technician will run fiber optic cable through an entry point within your home to the ONT.
A Fiber-to-the-Premise network is now available for your use. This fiber technology will enable you to access services including ultra-fast internet with unlimited and symmetrical speeds up to one Gig — the equivalent of 1,000 Mbps upload and download.
