WOODWARD, IA – May 13, 2025 – Minburn Communications has announced the addition of Nicole Churchill as the new Customer Relations and Billing Manager. Churchill will officially begin her role on June 23, 2025.
Churchill brings nearly three decades of experience in customer care, project management, and sales support. She spent 29 years with Iowa Network Services, now operating as Aureon, where she began her career as a Customer Care Representative and advanced through a series of leadership roles, including Customer Care Manager and various positions in project management and sales support.
Her arrival comes as longtime Minburn Communications team member Terri Cooper, Sr. Customer Account and Billing Specialist, prepares for retirement. Cooper, has been a valued member of the organization for 12 years, with her final day set for the end of September. Churchill will work alongside Cooper in the coming months to ensure a smooth transition and continued excellence in customer service.
“We’re going to miss Terri, but having Nicole join the team makes Terri’s upcoming retirement easier for all involved,” said Douglas Pals, CEO and General Manger at Minburn Communications. “Nicole knows the industry and the people in it very well, and she has a real passion for helping people, which makes her a great fit for our customers and our team.”
