Spotlight on Weston Lucht: Celebrating 11 Years at Minburn Communications

This month, we are recognizing Weston Lucht, our Plant Manager, who is celebrating his 11th work anniversary at Minburn Communications.

Weston’s role is pivotal in our operations. As the head of the Plant department, he ensures the oversight of four technicians. His responsibilities extend beyond the confines of our company, as he collaboratively works with contractors on various construction projects. The dynamic nature of our company is something he appreciates, and he brings his expertise and enthusiasm to his work every day.

Outside of work, Weston is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys playing golf, camping, and watching ISU sports. He also has a passion for outdoor activities like fishing and hunting.

In addition to his managerial role, Weston is also a committed coach for the Perry Area Winter Swim Team. This community-based program provides swimming lessons and competitive opportunities for 100 students aged 5 to 18 years. He finds great satisfaction in helping his students improve their swimming skills and build their confidence.

Weston’s family is also an integral part of the Perry community. His wife, Michelle, works in the community, and they are celebrating their 15th wedding anniversary this fall, a journey Weston fondly describes as “15 wonderful years.” Their family includes their daughter, Lilli, and a beloved dog named Tito.
